Gavin G. Spence resides somewhere between Auburn and Phenix City, AL. He teaches English, Creative Writing, and Film Studies at Chattahoochee Valley Community College and is currently at work on a dissertation at Auburn University, examining the importance of generations in fiction by Don Delillo, Ian McEwan, Jhumpa Lahiri, Salman Rushdie, and Cormac McCarthy.
