New Study Concludes Studies Inconclusive

WASHINGTON, D.C.: A recent study, conducted by researchers at the National Educational Examination Program (NEEP) has concluded, beyond the shadow of a doubt, that all studies are inconclusive. The test-takers, a small subset whose answers conform exactly to the shape of a bell curve, were prompted by test-makers, an even smaller subset whose questions demonstrate absolutely no margin of error. NEEP officials are currently designing another study to test the validity of their conclusions.
